- Progress Photography: Progress photos voluntarily submitted by clients to track physical transformation
- Nutrition Information: Dietary preferences, food logs, caloric intake, macronutrient data, allergies and intolerances
- Workout Performance Data: Training volumes, weights lifted, cardio metrics, exercise history, personal records
- Check-in Data: Weekly or monthly check-in submissions including subjective wellbeing, sleep quality, stress levels, adherence, and mood ratings
- Medical & Health History: Pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, medications, surgical history, and physician clearance documentation
Technical Data
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
- Pages visited, time spent on site, referral sources
- Cookie data and analytics identifiers

- Application Forms: Information submitted through our website application forms
- Coaching Agreement: Data provided during onboarding and agreement signing
- TPC App: Data logged within the Performance Club application, including check-ins, workout entries, and nutrition tracking

- HubSpot CRM: We use HubSpot to manage client relationships and communications
- Firebase: Google Firebase is used for app authentication, data storage, and real-time data sync
- Calendly / Booking Systems: Scheduling information collected when booking consultations or sessions
- Cookies and Analytics: Automatically collected when you visit our website

All third-party service providers are contractually bound to maintain the security and confidentiality of your data and may not use it for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.

Data Retention & Security
We retain your personal and health information for as long as necessary to deliver services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Active client data is retained throughout the coaching relationship. Upon program termination, personal data is retained for a minimum of three (3) years for legal and business purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted via our website and app
- Secure cloud storage via Google Firebase with access controls
- Restricted internal access to sensitive health and personal data
- Regular security assessments of third-party service providers
While we take reasonable precautions, no data transmission or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

Progress Photos & Sensitive Data
Progress photographs and body composition data are treated as sensitive personal information. By submitting progress photos, you grant TPC permission to store and use these images internally for coaching and progress-tracking purposes.
TPC will not share, publish, or use your progress photos in marketing materials, social media, testimonials, or any public-facing content without your explicit written consent. A separate media release must be signed for any public use of your likeness, photos, or results.
