The information and services provided by The Performance Club are for fitness, performance, and general wellness purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise, nutrition, or wellness program.
The Performance Club and its coaches are not licensed physicians, dietitians, physical therapists, or healthcare providers. Nothing communicated through our website, app, coaching sessions, programs, or any materials — whether written, verbal, or digital — constitutes or should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any health condition or disease.
Coaching services are intended to support fitness performance, body composition goals, and general wellness habits. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or dietary care.
Before beginning any exercise program, making dietary changes, or starting any new wellness protocol recommended by TPC, you must consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider, particularly if you:
You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate medical clearance prior to beginning our program.
Physical exercise inherently involves risk. By participating in any TPC program — whether in-person in Miami or remotely via online coaching — you expressly acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical activity, including risks of injury, illness, cardiac events, and in extreme cases, death.
You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities with full knowledge of the risks involved and hereby agree to accept any and all risks associated with participation.
Nutritional guidance provided by TPC coaches is based on general health and performance principles and is intended for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical nutrition therapy and should not replace the advice of a licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) or physician for any specific medical condition, including but not limited to:
If you have any of the above conditions, seek guidance from a qualified medical professional before implementing any nutritional changes recommended by TPC.
In the event of a medical emergency during any in-person TPC session, coaches are trained in basic emergency protocols. However, TPC coaches are not emergency medical technicians or paramedics. In any medical emergency, immediately call 911 or your local emergency services.
For remote and online clients, you are solely responsible for your safety during any training session. TPC assumes no liability for medical events that occur during unsupervised training activities.
You have an ongoing obligation to disclose any and all health information that may affect your ability to safely participate in the program. Failure to disclose relevant health information releases TPC from all liability related to any injury or adverse health event that such disclosure may have prevented.
If your health status changes at any point during your program — including new diagnoses, injuries, medications, or symptoms — you must notify your coach immediately and obtain any necessary medical clearance before continuing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Performance Club, Ana Caccavale, and all associated coaches, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, illness, adverse health event, or death arising from your participation in any TPC program, whether or not such event was foreseeable.
By engaging with TPC services, you acknowledge this disclaimer and agree that your participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
